I organise holiday-let kitchens, cupboards and spare supplies so the people preparing the property can find what they need. For Porthcawl hosts and nearby properties, I can also help look for an independent cleaner or laundry service to fit your changeover brief.

I look for a suitable provider for your enquiry; a team or appointment is not already reserved. You decide whether to accept the provider’s quote and terms. Any paid planning or coordination with me is agreed in advance. I’ll tell you if I cannot find a suitable option.
Setup before the season
I can organise kitchen contents, cupboards and guest supplies, label agreed storage and prepare an inventory. We choose the priorities that fit your organising session or discuss a larger plan.
Restocking and guest-ready checks
I write a restock list and a guest-ready checklist for your property: what should be out, how many of each, and where the backups are. Between seasons I can come back to reset cupboards, check supplies and replace what's run low, with any purchases agreed with you first.
Airbnb and holiday let changeover cleaning
I can help you look for an independent cleaner or laundry service and prepare a checklist to discuss with them. They confirm their availability and turnaround time. Same-day changeovers, emergency attendance and guest management are not included in my setup work.

How much does it cost to have a holiday let cleaned?
It depends on the size of the property, the linen and how often you turn over. The cleaner quotes per changeover before you commit. My setup visits are priced separately.
How much should I pay someone to clean my Airbnb?
Ask for a per-changeover price that says what's included: linen, restocking, outdoor areas. A written checklist makes quotes easier to compare.
What is the average cleaning fee for Airbnb in the UK?
It varies by size and area, and I don't have a reliable local figure to quote. The cleaner's price is confirmed before booking.
Do you manage holiday lets?
No. I set up and organise the property. Bookings, guests and property management stay with you or your agent.
