What we collect and why
Name, contact details, postcode, requested work, relevant booking notes and payment records. Enquiry and booking processing is used to take steps at your request before a contract and perform the agreed service. Relevant financial records may be retained to meet legal obligations.
Please do not submit medical information, passwords, bank details or private documents. No photographs are required for an initial enquiry.
Sharing and security
Information is stored using our website hosting and database services. Only authorised business users should access customer records. We do not sell personal information. Family updates and promotional photographs require separate permission. We do not automatically send enquiry information to external AI assistants. If business email alerts are connected, they contain a link to the private office, without the enquiry text or customer contact details.
Retention and your rights
Unsuccessful enquiries are reviewed for deletion after six months. Booking and financial records are retained only for the applicable business and legal purposes; retention periods are reviewed against the obligations applicable to each record. You can contact us about access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, as applicable. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Website technology
This website does not include advertising trackers. Hosting and sign-in services may process technical information needed to operate and secure the site. No optional marketing cookies are added by this application. The enquiry form uses a random request identifier to avoid duplicate submissions; it is not an advertising identifier.
Version: 7 October 2026. The site uses OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare-hosted application/database infrastructure. Contact us for information about the service providers and safeguards relevant to your request.
