You can enquire about these as part of a property or concierge project. They are not included in organising packages. A suitable specialist, quote and delivery arrangement must be confirmed before that work is booked.

No. They provide agreed time for practical priorities. Small homes, larger properties and business spaces are welcome; more extensive work is individually scoped and quoted.

Yes. Travel is included across Bridgend, Porthcawl, Cowbridge, Cardiff, Penarth, Barry and surrounding areas. We agree the work, price and dates before booking.

Yes. Cowbridge, Penarth, Barry and surrounding areas are part of my service area, with travel included.

Yes. Move & Settle is £360 over two planned days, with time and priorities agreed in writing. Move In, Settle In is £1,300 for 24 hands-on hours across 4 visits, plus capped planning and follow-up. Both focus on agreed tasks; whole-house completion is not guaranteed.

Not always. Check whether your movers put belongings away or unpack onto surfaces. If you still want help arranging kitchen cupboards, wardrobes or other priority spaces, we can agree a separate session.

Not necessarily. We agree access, priorities and instructions before the visit. Decisions about belongings stay with you.

Sometimes at a few days’ notice where my diary allows. Please share the dates you have in mind; I confirm a slot with you before booking.

Yes, with indoor decorations within comfortable reach. We agree the work and price first. Ladder work, outdoor decorations and electrical installation are excluded.

Yes. We can prioritise light decluttering, tidying and thoughtful finishing touches before photographs or viewings. Light entrance/patio tidying is by agreement; gardening, repairs and waste removal are excluded. Flowers and other purchases are agreed and priced separately.

Yes. We sort and measure first, then agree useful storage and a budget. Each item is priced separately and approved before ordering. Sourcing time uses the agreed session allocation; additional time is £35/hour only with your approval. Products, delivery and installation are not included in session prices.

Fresh Start is £105 for 3 hours. Home Reset is £205 for 6 hours. Returning Keep It Sorted visits are £60 for 2 hours. We agree a realistic focus first.

No. We start where you are. Please tell me about access or conditions that could affect the work.

Yes, where separate organising help would be useful. Confirm what your movers already include, then we can agree complementary tasks such as sorting before packing or arranging everyday kitchen items and clothes afterwards. I do not provide removals transport or heavy lifting.

Yes. We work through agreed areas at your pace, with you deciding what stays. We can consider what fits your next home and sort the belongings you choose to keep. You arrange any donations, collections or disposal; nothing leaves without your agreement.

No. You decide what stays or goes and arrange donations, collection and disposal. Nothing is discarded without your agreement.

Yes, if they want the help and agree the work. Payment does not give someone authority over another person’s belongings. Family updates and photos need separate permission.

Carla delivers practical organising, agreed packing/unpacking and everyday support. Cleaning and property-specialist requirements can be discussed separately through a concierge or property enquiry. Organising packages exclude removals transport, heavy lifting, waste removal and deep cleaning. Personal care, medication and passenger transport are not offered.
