The prices below are Carla’s organising and practical-help packages. They are not prices for specialist teams or unlimited property services.
Visits are time for agreed priorities, not packages for a particular number of bedrooms. Small flats, family homes and larger properties are welcome. Whole-home completion is not guaranteed within a timed visit.
3 hours · 1 visit, one organiser. Your wardrobes, kitchen cupboards or the paperwork you keep delaying. Putting the peace back one step at a time.

6 hours · 1 visit, one organiser. More time for a larger priority area or several smaller jobs, we work with what you and your home need.
Move & Settle · £360.00
Spread over 2 days, one organiser. Pre-move sorting and packing support, or unpacking the areas you need first. Spread over two days, with priorities and visit arrangements agreed together.
Keep It Sorted · £60.00
2 hours · 1 visit, one organiser. A returning-client visit to keep useful systems working. A thoughtful pair of hands to keep your life on track.

24 hours · 4 visits, plus planning & follow-up, one organiser. A planned unpacking or packing service. Moving out or moving in? Let me tackle that for you. 24 hours with Carla across four visits, a preparation plan and a follow-up call. Priority rooms and achievable scope agreed before booking.

Home styling for viewings
Help your home feel welcoming before estate-agent photographs or viewings. I can lightly declutter and tidy agreed rooms, arrange everyday belongings and add thoughtful finishing touches, such as fresh flowers if you would like them.
What we agree before starting
By agreement, a light entrance or patio tidy can include sweeping and arranging small, safely movable pots. Gardening, pruning, pressure washing, repairs, heavy lifting and waste removal are not included in this organising session. Wider property requirements can be discussed through a separate specialist enquiry. We agree the priority areas and time; no promise of a higher price or faster sale.
For a home reset or move, I can help measure your space and source practical, attractive baskets, dividers or other storage that suits what you actually need to keep. We sort first, then choose what fits your home and budget.
What we agree before starting
Each item and its price is agreed before ordering. You can buy directly, or we can agree a purchasing arrangement and receipts in advance. Delivery, assembly and wall fixing are not included; no purchase or substitution happens without agreement.
These are optional priorities within an agreed session, not an automatic extra fee. Sourcing and shopping time count towards the agreed allocation. Any additional time is £35/hour, approved first. Storage, flowers, delivery and other purchases are priced separately and agreed in advance. We never charge twice for time already included in your package.
Downsizing decisions, seasonal changes to wardrobes and getting the first kitchen or bedroom working after a move can also be priorities within your existing session. You don’t need to choose another package.
Bereavement sorting & weekly practical help
Gentle sorting after a loss, or regular practical help at home. Scope, visit arrangements and price agreed individually. No personal care or passenger transport.
Gift vouchers
Give someone time, breathing room and a little practical help. Gift vouchers are available by arrangement for family and friends. Let’s agree a suitable service, value and the voucher terms before you buy.
Also welcoming enquiries from Pencoed, Llanharan, Tondu, Coity, Brackla, Laleston, Kenfig Hill, Pyle, Ogmore-by-Sea and Southerndown. Travel included; dates agreed before booking.
Travel is included across Bridgend, Porthcawl, Cowbridge, Cardiff, Penarth, Barry and surrounding areas. Extra time £35.00/hour, agreed first. Parking and materials agreed before booking. Booked time does not guarantee whole-home completion.
These organising packages exclude heavy lifting, transport, waste removal, personal care, deep cleaning, medication support and specialist advice. Cleaning, gardening, maintenance and design enquiries are separately assessed and quoted. The resident decides what stays or leaves.
Move In, Settle In includes a preparation plan and follow-up call alongside the stated hands-on hours. Priority rooms and achievable scope are agreed first. It is not an unlimited whole-home pack or unpack.
