How a tailored quote works

We discuss your priorities, approximate volume, access, fragile items, available dates and any specialist work. For a larger project, an assessment may be needed before a firm quote. Your written plan sets out the tasks, allocated time, people involved, price and anything excluded. Additional work is agreed first.

Existing timed visits and prices remain available. They are not priced by bedroom count or property value, and do not guarantee whole-home completion. A larger project can be phased; a smaller home is equally welcome.

My core service is practical organising, packing and unpacking. If your plans also involve cleaning, gardening, maintenance or technical interior design, let me know. Explore cleaning, gardening and property support or interior styling and design enquiries. With concierge coordination, we can discuss how the parts fit together. Suitable providers, responsibilities, availability and costs are agreed separately before committing to specialist work.

Practical presentation and storage ideas are different from technical design, building work or professional valuations. No sale price, sale date or specialist outcome is guaranteed.

After the project, you can discuss regular help at home or workplace upkeep.
