What is included
- A free 15-minute fit call, followed by a scope assessment before you commit.
- Up to two hours of preparation: room priorities, a packing or unpacking order and a plan for the essentials.
- 24 hours of hands-on packing, unpacking and organising across 4 visits, with dates and breaks agreed in writing.
- Packing and labelling agreed belongings, or organising priority areas such as kitchen cupboards, everyday clothing and bedroom essentials. The number of rooms depends on volume and scope.
- A short handover showing box labels or where things live, and what remains to do.
- One 30-minute follow-up call within 14 days of the final visit.
Clear scope, before we start
We check the move date, both postcodes where relevant, access, stairs, parking, belongings and your priorities. We agree what fits within the package and confirm the total price before booking. This is not an unlimited whole-home pack or unpack, a removals crew or a guarantee that everything is finished on moving day.
Travel is included across Bridgend, Porthcawl, Cowbridge, Cardiff, Penarth, Barry and surrounding areas. Any parking costs are agreed first. Packing materials, storage products, removals, heavy lifting, furniture assembly, cleaning and waste disposal are excluded. You arrange and pay third-party providers directly.
Cardiff moving projects include travel. We agree the tasks, dates and price before booking.
A flexible plan for a real move
Visit dates can sit around your move, subject to availability. Tell us promptly if completion or key collection changes. Our booking information explains rescheduling and cancellation. We never add time or charges without your agreement.
Buying help for someone else?
The person receiving the help must want it and choose what happens to their belongings. Family updates are shared only with their permission.
