With eight years of experience in the removals industry, I understand how much a move asks of you. I can help sort and pack agreed belongings, label boxes, unpack kitchen cupboards or organise everyday clothes so your home begins to work for you.

Move & Settle · £360

Spread over two days, with priorities and visit arrangements agreed before booking. This is a bounded package, not two unlimited working days. Your written scope sets out the allocated time and what we will focus on.

Before a move: sort priorities and pack or label agreed belongings.
After a move: unpack kitchen, wardrobes or other essentials you choose.
Downsizing: practical sorting and organisation, with decisions staying yours.

A larger planned project

Move In, Settle In is £1,300 for 24 hands-on hours across four visits, up to two hours of planning and one 30-minute follow-up. We agree realistic priorities; whole-home completion is not guaranteed.

Some removal companies offer packing and unpacking too. Ask what is included in your move, then we can identify whether separate organising help is useful. I do not provide a van, removals transport, heavy lifting, furniture assembly, cleaning or waste disposal. Packing materials and storage products are not included in the package price; storage sourcing can be agreed separately below.

How long does unpacking a house take?

It depends on the belongings, access and decisions, so I do not promise a whole home in a fixed time. Move & Settle is £360 over two planned days, with time allocated in writing. Move In, Settle In is £1,300 for 24 hands-on hours across four visits, plus capped planning and a follow-up call. We agree priority rooms first.

Choose the rooms you need first

You may need a kitchen that works for breakfast, everyday clothes within reach or boxes clearly labelled before the van arrives. We agree the practical priorities and who supplies suitable boxes, wrapping and labels before your session. You keep valuables, essential documents and personally managed medication with you.

Moving to less space? Plan the sorting before the move, so you are not paying to pack belongings you have already decided you do not need.

Dates and changing plans

Tell me your move date, postcodes, access and priority rooms. Dates are subject to availability. If completion changes, contact me so we can agree a revised plan before work proceeds.

Travel is included across Bridgend, Porthcawl, Cowbridge, Cardiff, Penarth, Barry and surrounding areas. Parking, materials and extra time are agreed first.

Preparing to sell, resetting a room or settling into your new home? Tell me the result you need, and we’ll choose a realistic session together.

Home styling for viewings

Help your home feel welcoming before estate-agent photographs or viewings. I can lightly declutter and tidy agreed rooms, arrange everyday belongings and add thoughtful finishing touches, such as fresh flowers if you would like them.

What we agree before starting

By agreement, a light entrance or patio tidy can include sweeping and arranging small, safely movable pots. Gardening, pruning, pressure washing, repairs, heavy lifting and waste removal are not included in this organising session. Wider property requirements can be discussed through a separate specialist enquiry. We agree the priority areas and time; no promise of a higher price or faster sale.

For a home reset or move, I can help measure your space and source practical, attractive baskets, dividers or other storage that suits what you actually need to keep. We sort first, then choose what fits your home and budget.

What we agree before starting

Each item and its price is agreed before ordering. You can buy directly, or we can agree a purchasing arrangement and receipts in advance. Delivery, assembly and wall fixing are not included; no purchase or substitution happens without agreement.

Ask about storage solutions

These are optional priorities within an agreed session, not an automatic extra fee. Sourcing and shopping time count towards the agreed allocation. Any additional time is £35/hour, approved first. Storage, flowers, delivery and other purchases are priced separately and agreed in advance. We never charge twice for time already included in your package.

Downsizing decisions, seasonal changes to wardrobes and getting the first kitchen or bedroom working after a move can also be priorities within your existing session. You don’t need to choose another package.
