I help sort garage contents into what you want to keep, donate, sell or set aside, then organise the belongings staying with you. If anything needs taking away, you book the collector or registered waste carrier directly. My work is the practical sorting and organisation.
Serving Bridgend, Porthcawl, Cowbridge, Cardiff, Penarth, Barry and surrounding areas. Travel is included for my own visits.

We can group accessible tools, sports equipment and household items, then label suitable existing storage. New shelving or furniture assembly needs a separate installer. Leave chemicals, gas bottles and unknown materials undisturbed and ask an appropriate specialist about handling and disposal.
Lofts
I can sort belongings once they are safely brought down. Heavy lifting, ladder work and working through loft hatches are outside my organising visits. Agree who handles retrieval before booking.

Larger work can be planned in stages and quoted individually. Extra time is £35/hour only with your agreement. Purchases, materials and specialist work are separate. See packages and booking details.

How much does a garage clearance cost?
My sorting time uses the same prices as any visit; the carrier quotes you for what's taken away.
How much does a loft clearance cost?
It depends on volume and access. We agree the plan first; heavy lifting and removal are quoted separately by whoever does them.
